The bottle includes a freshness packet and the manufacturer notes that the tablets are very sensitive to moisture and humidity, so it should stay tightly closed between uses. Natural colour variation may occur. A pack holds 100 tablets, and NOW Foods has been family owned since 1968.

How to use

Take 1 to 3 tablets twice daily, preferably with food. Keep the bottle tightly closed between uses and keep the freshness packet inside.
