Product details

A probiotic yeast rather than a bacterium

Saccharomyces boulardii is a probiotic yeast, which NOW says survives stomach acid. The label states 5 billion CFU, and the formula is listed as vegetarian/vegan and kosher.

Simple capsule and storage notes

The capsule is made from hypromellose with guar gum, and the instructions suggest refrigerating the capsules to maintain potency. The label lists it as gluten-free and Non-GMO Project Verified.

The pack holds 120 capsules, which covers 20 to 120 days depending on whether you take 1 to 2 capsules two to three times daily.
