Product details

A single-ingredient gelatin powder

Real Food Beef Gelatin Powder from NOW contains one ingredient, beef gelatin, which the label states is BSE-free. It is sold by weight in a large 4 lb (1,814 g) pack, so it suits regular use in the kitchen.

Two ways to use it

The label suggests mixing a tablespoon into cold juice and drinking it straight away. It can also be added to very hot water, then combined with sweetener, fruit and ice to make gelatin-style desserts, following recipe directions.

Storage and facility

After opening, keep the powder in a cool, dry place. The label says it is packaged in a peanut-free facility that also processes tree nuts.

How to use

Stir 1 tablespoon into your favourite cold juice and consume immediately. For gelatin-style desserts, add the powder to very hot water, then add sweetener, fruit and ice following recipe directions.
