Magnesium and inositol together

NOW Magnesium Inositol Relax Powder combines the mineral magnesium with inositol, a member of the B-complex family found in cell membranes. It is a fizzy powder, and the label lists it as vegetarian/vegan, non-GMO and kosher.

Mix it cold

Mix two level teaspoons into at least 10 oz (about 300 ml) of cold water or clear liquid daily, preferably late in the day. The powder can raise the temperature of the liquid on contact, so the serving must always go into at least 10 oz of cold liquid.
