Vitamin D3 from lichen, not lanolin

Naturelo sources its vitamin D3 from wild-harvested lichen, so the product contains no animal by-products. The brand points out that many D3 supplements use lanolin from sheep's wool. This version is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

High-strength, easy-swallow capsule

Each capsule provides 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3, or cholecalciferol, in a small vegetarian capsule. The capsule is made from hypromellose with rice bran extract, rice fibre and tapioca dextrin.

Free from additives

The label states no GMOs, soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, colouring, preservatives or flavouring. The bottle of 180 capsules is about six months at one a day.

How to use

Adults: take one capsule daily with food and a full glass of water.
