The base is whey protein concentrate and isolate, flavoured with natural cocoa powder and sweetened with stevia leaf extract and monk fruit extract. The manufacturer states that the whey comes from US farms that do not use growth hormones or antibiotics, and the label describes it as gluten free and non-GMO.

Added cultures, kefir and enzymes

Alongside the protein, the formula includes the MicroBac 16-strain probiotic blend, fermented milk powder (kefir) and a Digest-All enzyme blend of proteases, peptidase and bromelain. The label gives 18 g of complete protein and 7.7 g of BCAA+G per serving.

How to use

Add one scoop a day to 3-4 oz (about 90-120 ml) of water or another drink, then shake or blend well.
