Mixing and storage notes

Add 1 scoop to 8-12 oz (roughly 240-350 ml) of water or another drink and shake or blend. The tub is filled by weight, not volume, so settling during shipping can make it look less full.

How to use

Add 1 scoop per day to 8-12 oz (roughly 240-350 ml) of water or your preferred drink and shake or blend well.
