Matteo's vanilla syrup is designed to recreate a coffee-shop flavoured drink at home or at work. A small splash stirred into coffee adds vanilla sweetness without sugar. The manufacturer also describes it as keto friendly, with 0 carbs.

How it is sweetened

Sucralose and acesulfame potassium provide the sweetness, with natural and artificial flavours, a pinch of salt and caramel colour. Cellulose gives the syrup its body, and citric acid with sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate help keep it stable.

A large bottle

The plastic bottle holds 25.4 fl oz (about 750 ml) and stands roughly 28 cm tall. Salted caramel, mocha and cinnamon dolce are among the other flavours in the range.
