Matteo's makes its syrups to bring a café-style flavoured coffee to your kitchen or desk. A pump or two of this salted caramel version stirred into a latte, filter coffee or iced coffee adds sweetness and flavour. The syrup is also keto friendly, with 0 carbs according to the manufacturer.

Sweetened without sugar

The sweetness comes from sucralose and acesulfame potassium rather than sugar, with natural and artificial flavours, a little salt and caramel colour. Cellulose thickens the syrup so it pours like a traditional café syrup.

A large bottle

The plastic bottle holds 25.4 fl oz (about 750 ml) and stands roughly 29 cm tall, so it lasts well with daily use. Other flavours in the Matteo's range include vanilla, mocha and cinnamon dolce.

How to use

Add 1 to 2 pumps or 2 spoonfuls of syrup to your drink and stir. Store at room temperature and use within 6 months of opening.

Before you choose

This syrup contains sweeteners and preservatives (sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate), so it is not a natural sugar-based syrup. A pump is not included in the listing. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
