One scoop is stirred into still or sparkling water about an hour before bed, or whenever you want to wind down. Sweetness comes from stevia leaf extract and monk fruit extract rather than sugar, and the colour from carrot, hibiscus and radish.

What a scoop contains

Each scoop of about 7.56 g provides 325 mg of magnesium as bisglycinate and citrate, 300 mg of CherryPURE Montmorency tart cherry skin and 140 mg of potassium, along with ashwagandha extract, L-theanine and passionflower. Calcium, sodium and chloride are also listed.

How to use

Mix 1 scoop with 240 to 355 ml (8 to 12 fl oz) of still or sparkling water an hour before sleep or when you want to wind down. If using sparkling water, stir slowly, as it will foam.
