A concentrated milk thistle extract

This supplement uses a 30:1 extract of Silybum marianum (milk thistle), which the manufacturer states is standardised to contain 80% total milk thistle flavonoids. These include isosilybinins, silybinins, silychristin and silydianin, a group of flavonoids collectively known as silymarin.

Vegan capsule and free-from details

Each capsule provides 150 mg and has a vegetable-based hydroxypropylmethylcellulose shell. The label describes the product as vegan, gluten free and Non-GMO Project Verified, with no wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts or sesame.

A large pack

The 200-capsule pack is flexible: the label allows one to three capsules, one to three times a day, so the amount you take will decide how long a bottle lasts.

How to use

Adults take 1 to 3 capsules, 1 to 3 times a day, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
