How to use

Adults and children aged 12 and over: apply at least a 1-inch strip to a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush all sensitive areas thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice a day (morning and evening), or as recommended by a dentist. Do not swallow. Children under 12: consult a dentist. Twist off the cap to remove the foil seal.

Before you choose

• When using for sensitivity, do not use for longer than 4 weeks unless recommended by a dentist. Stop use and ask a dentist if sensitivity persists or worsens, or if gingivitis, bleeding or redness lasts more than 2 weeks, or if you have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth or increasing spacing between teeth.
• Keep out of reach of children. If more than a brushing amount is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison centre straight away.
• Products containing stannous fluoride may cause surface staining of the teeth; thorough brushing helps prevent this and any stains can be removed by a dentist.
• Do not use if the safety seal is missing or broken.
• US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
