Pack size and daily amount

The directions are three tablets twice a day, six tablets in all. A pack of 180 tablets therefore lasts 30 days.

How to use

Adults take 3 tablets twice daily on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before meals, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician. Avoid taking protein supplements within one hour of taking these tablets.
