The vitamin E in each soft gel is d-alpha tocopheryl acetate derived from soy, carried in a blend of sunflower and soybean oils. Each soft gel supplies 268 mg, and the shell is made from beef gelatine, glycerin and water.

At one soft gel a day the bottle lasts 140 days, or 70 days if you take the upper serving of two. It measures about 10.5 x 5 x 5 cm, so it takes up little room in a cupboard.
