Mixed tocopherols alongside d-alpha

Each soft gel pairs its d-alpha tocopherol, derived from soy, with 95 mg of mixed tocopherols: 70 mg of gamma tocopherol and 25 mg of beta and delta tocopherols combined. That gives a wider spread of vitamin E forms than a soft gel containing d-alpha tocopherol alone.

A flexible daily serving

The label allows one soft gel once or twice a day at mealtime, so the 100 soft gels last between 50 and 100 days depending on your serving. The bottle measures about 10.7 x 5 x 5 cm.

Shell and carrier oil

The soft gel shell is made from beef gelatine, glycerin and water, and the vitamin E is carried in soybean oil. Carlson labels it gluten free with no artificial preservatives.
