How to use

Apply generously 15-30 minutes before sun exposure, using around 2 mg/cm2, roughly one shot glass, to cover the whole body. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming or sweating. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and lips; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
