A mild, oat-based formula

Sodium cocoyl isethionate, a mild cleansing agent, leads the ingredient list, followed by oat kernel flour and conditioning ingredients such as glycerin and cetyl alcohol. The bar is non-comedogenic and has been allergy tested.
