This oil is designed to start a double-cleansing routine, preparing skin for the toner, serum and moisturiser that follow. It is also aimed at the excess oil and build-up around pores and blackheads, lifting it away without leaving skin feeling stripped.

Nineteen plant oils in one blend

The formula combines oils such as soybean, hazelnut, grape seed, olive, argan, camellia, sunflower, evening primrose and jojoba with squalane and rice bran oil. The blend is intended to cleanse thoroughly while leaving skin feeling nourished and hydrated afterwards.

Who it is made for

The manufacturer states the formula is dermatologist-tested and suitable for sensitive, dry and acne-prone skin as well as other skin types. The 200 ml bottle measures approximately 4.9 x 5 x 19.5 cm and is made in South Korea.

How to use

Pump onto dry hands and massage over dry skin and face to loosen make-up. Add a little water to emulsify, then rinse off thoroughly. Follow with your usual face wash if you like.

Before you choose

This is a makeup-removing cleansing oil, not a moisturiser to leave on the skin. It contains hazelnut seed oil and soybean oil, so check the label if you have a nut or soy allergy. It also contains limonene and linalool, which the manufacturer notes may cause a reaction in some people with sensitive skin, so a patch test is recommended. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
