Detox Nourish Drink Mix Vitauthority Detox Nourish Drink Mix, Orange Pineapple, 300 g (10.6 oz)

What is in the blend

Each scoop contains a 3.2 g blend of choline bitartrate, inositol, L-carnitine L-tartrate, apple cider vinegar powder and juniper berry. An 800 mg enzyme blend adds amylase, bromelain, lipase and protease.

Vitamins, minerals and flavour

Each scoop also lists 20 mg vitamin B6, 500 mcg vitamin B12 and 20 mcg chromium. A scoop weighs about 6 g, and the drink is flavoured with natural and artificial flavourings and sweetened with stevia.

Taken with your main meals

The directions call for a scoop with or before your two largest meals, with no more than two full scoops in 24 hours. At that rate the 300 g tub lasts around 25 days.

How to use

Mix one scoop with 12 to 16 fl oz (about 350 to 470 ml) of cold water and drink it with or before your two largest meals of the day. Do not exceed two full scoops in 24 hours.
