A three-seed plant protein with recovery extras
The protein comes from a blend of pea, pumpkin seed and organic sunflower seed, and Vega states each serving provides about 12 g of EAAs, 5 g of BCAAs and 5 g of glutamic acid. Each pack also contains 480 mg of Montmorency tart cherry and 2 billion CFU of Bacillus subtilis DE 111. The formula is naturally lactose free.
