Electrolytes without carbs or sugar

Hydro Pak Keto is made for people following keto, sugar-free or low-sodium diets, so it contains no carbs, no sugar and no artificial flavours or sweeteners. Sweetness comes from the stevia extracts Reb A and Reb M, and beta carotene gives the drink its colour. The flavour is natural orange.

Potassium first, with a little sodium

Each stick provides 1,000 mg of potassium from potassium citrate, plus 120 mg of magnesium and 75 mg of calcium. Sodium is kept to 10 mg per serving, in line with its low-sodium positioning. It also includes 100 mg of ConcenTrace, the brand's trace mineral concentrate.

Thirty single-serve sticks

The box holds 30 stick packs, one a day for a month, and measures about 14.6 x 11.3 x 8 cm. The powder is labelled certified vegan, gluten free and third-party tested, and is made in the USA from global ingredients in a cGMP facility.

How to use

Take one stick pack a day. Open it and mix the contents into 8-12 fl oz (about 240-360 ml) of water, adjusting to taste. Store in a cool, dry place; some caking may occur, but this does not affect the quality.

Before you choose

This is a high-potassium drink mix rather than a sports drink with carbohydrate, so check it suits you if you are watching your potassium intake. The label states no known allergens. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Per stick pack: Calcium (as calcium lactate) 75 mg; Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 120 mg; Chloride (from sea salt) 15 mg; Sodium (from sea salt) 10 mg; Potassium (from potassium citrate) 1,000 mg; ConcenTrace Trace Minerals 100 mg.

Other ingredients: Citric acid, natural flavors, malic acid, beta carotene (for color), Reb A, silicon dioxide, Reb M (OnoSweet™). No known allergens.
