How to use
- Suggested use: take 1 capsule one to three times daily, or as recommended by your health-care practitioner.
- Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.

- Contains iron. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children and call a doctor or poison centre immediately in case of accidental overdose.

- The label notes that 5-MTHF folate is not recommended alongside methotrexate cancer therapy; speak to your doctor if you take methotrexate.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide.
