Sudden Death is the Death Grip wax for keeping moustache whiskers in place, and the manufacturer says it holds for 8 hours or more in hot, humid, cold or windy weather. It works for any style, from a classic handlebar to a fuller walrus. The wax is handcrafted in Colorado, USA, according to the manufacturer.

A four-ingredient formula

The wax is made from pine rosin, coconut oil, beeswax and shea butter. Pine rosin gives the grip, while the oil and butter help it soften between your fingers for shaping.

A small tin that goes a long way

The metal tin holds 30 ml (1 oz) and measures about 5.1 x 5.1 x 2.5 cm, small enough for a pocket or wash bag. The manufacturer says one tin can last up to four months with daily use.

How to use

Scrape out a small amount of wax, warm it between your fingers, then apply to your moustache and style.

Before you choose

This is a styling wax, not a conditioning oil or balm. It contains pine rosin, so avoid it if you are allergic to pine. For external use only; if it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
