Product details
Clean the gravel during a water change
This Tetra Water Cleaner pushes into the gravel bed to lift out trapped debris while you drain off old water, so two maintenance jobs happen at once. The manufacturer says a 30% water change every 30 days takes about 30 minutes with it.
Easy to start and keep in place
A priming bulb gets the flow going without the need to start the siphon by mouth, and a clip holds the tube on the side of your bucket so it stays put while water drains. It is made for aquariums of up to 55 gallons.
What comes in the pack
The set includes the gravel siphon, the priming bulb and the bucket clip. The packaged item measures about 5.5 x 3.38 x 13.75 inches and weighs around 9.52 ounces.
How to use
Push the siphon tube into the gravel and squeeze the priming bulb to start the water flowing. Clip the tube to the side of your bucket and let the water drain, moving the siphon over the gravel as it lifts out debris.
Before you choose
This siphon is sized for tanks of up to 55 gallons, so check your aquarium volume before ordering. A bucket is needed and is not included. Follow the instructions on the label when setting up. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
