Nicotinamide riboside with vitamins C and E

Swisse builds this capsule around Niagen, a branded nicotinamide riboside chloride that it describes as a precursor of NAD and a source of nicotinamide. It adds 90 mg vitamin C and 13.5 mg vitamin E, in a combination the brand calls its Nutracell Formula.

Two concentrated plant extracts

The plant side of the formula is a 97.5:1 grape seed extract at 40 mg and a 4:1 rosehip fruit extract at 125 mg. The capsule shell is cellulose-based hypromellose, coloured with calcium carbonate.

One capsule a day

The bottle holds 30 capsules, a month's supply at one a day, and measures roughly 9 x 5 x 4.8 cm.

Per serving (1 capsule): Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 90 mg; vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate) 13.5 mg; nicotinamide riboside chloride 100 mg; grape (Vitis vinifera) seed extract (97.5:1) 40 mg; rosehip (Rosa canina) fruit extract (4:1) 125 mg.

Other ingredients: Cellulose capsule shell (hypromellose, calcium carbonate (color), purified water, carrageenan, modified food starch, potassium acetate), calcium hydrogen phosphate, maltodextrin, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid.
