Ubiquinol is a form of coenzyme Q10, and the label notes it differs from conventional ubiquinone, the form most people know as CoQ10. These softgels are made with Kaneka Ubiquinol and the brand has been supplying supplements since 1969.

The shell is gelatin, glycerin, purified water and carob, around a fill of flaxseed oil, beeswax, sunflower lecithin and d-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E). The label states it contains sulfites. A bottle of 60 gives 60 days at the suggested one softgel a day.

How to use

Take one softgel per day with food and water.
