Ubiquinol, the reduced form of CoQ10

Each softgel contains 100 mg of ubiquinol made with Kaneka Ubiquinol (Q+). Ubiquinol is a form of coenzyme Q10, and the brand has been making supplements since 1969.

Softgel contents and pack

The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerin, purified water and carob, around a fill of flaxseed oil, beeswax, sunflower lecithin and d-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E). The label states it contains sulfites. A bottle of 120 softgels gives 120 days at the suggested one a day.

How to use

Take one softgel per day with food and water.
