The pack holds 250 vegan capsules in a hypromellose shell, with rice flour and magnesium stearate as the other ingredients. At the suggested four to six capsules a day it lasts roughly six to nine weeks.

A bioflavonoid and enzyme pairing

Swanson pairs the bioflavonoid quercetin with bromelain, an enzyme derived from pineapple. Each capsule contains 250 mg of quercetin and 78 mg of bromelain. The label describes the formula as an advanced formula, and as vegan, gluten free, dairy free and non-GMO.

How to use

As a dietary supplement, take two vegan capsules two to three times per day with water on an empty stomach, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
