MicroLingual tablets are placed on or under the tongue and dissolve on contact, so there is no pill to swallow. The manufacturer says its hydrodrying process needs fewer inactive binders and fillers, which is why the tablets are so small.

What each tablet contains

The label gives vitamin K2 as MK-7 at 100 mcg and describes it as GMO free and preservative free. Besides the vitamin, the tablets contain lactose (from milk), calcium phosphate and acacia gum.

Taking it each day

Dissolve one tablet under the tongue daily. The manufacturer says it may also be chewed or swallowed. A 60-tablet bottle lasts 60 days at that rate.
