Where the vitamins come from
Most of the vitamins and minerals in this Super Nutrition multivitamin are supplied through its Organic Whole Food Complex Blend. Some are topped up from other sources: vitamin C also comes from organic acerola extract, vitamin D3 from organic algae, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and biotin from d-biotin. The blend also provides iron, zinc, selenium and manganese.
Herbs and fruit powders in the mix
As well as the core vitamins, the formula includes organic red clover and organic raspberry fruit powder within its herbal blend. The brand describes the product as certified organic and formulated specifically for women.
Suitable for vegetarians
