Texture that still washes out easily

SexyHair rates this paste 6 for hold and 4 for shine, and says it keeps its control for up to 72 hours while still washing out easily. It is designed to add bounce and boldness as well as texture, and helps tame frizz and flyaways.

A wax-based formula with botanicals

Candelilla wax, beeswax and hydrogenated castor oil give the paste its body, with acetylated lanolin alcohol also in the formula. Mimosa flower extract and moonstone extract are joined by chamomile, yarrow, hops, lemon balm, rosemary and cocoa extracts. It is made in the USA from globally sourced ingredients and components.

For detailing and separation

Use it on dry hair to pick out pieces, add separation or rough up texture in a finished style. It comes in a 70 g (2.5 oz) size and is fragranced.

Before you choose

This is a medium-hold paste with a satin finish, not a high-shine pomade or a strong-hold wax. It contains beeswax, a lanolin derivative, parabens and fragrance, so check the ingredients if you are sensitive to any of these. Avoid contact with the eyes and keep out of reach of children.
