A pointed tip for defining your lip line

The Revlon ColorStay Limitless Matte applicator has a pointed tip for tracing the cupid's bow and the edges of the lips, so you may not need a separate lip liner. Once the outline is in place, the rest of the applicator fills in the lips with a thin, even coat. The formula then needs 30 to 45 seconds undisturbed to set.

Matte, with a few comfort-minded ingredients

Revlon describes the formula as a comfortable matte. Its ingredient list includes sodium hyaluronate, castor seed oil, sunflower seed wax and cranberry fruit extract alongside the film-forming silicones that hold the colour in place. This listing is shade 006 Manifest in a 5 ml (0.17 fl oz) tube.

What 24-hour wear means here

The up to 24 hours figure is Revlon's own. Eating, drinking and how you apply it will all affect how long it looks fresh, and because it is long-wearing you will need an oil-based remover or make-up wipes to take it off.

How to use

Outline your cupid's bow and follow the shape of your lips with the pointed tip, then fill in with a thin, even coat. Leave it to dry for 30 to 45 seconds without pressing your lips together. Remove with an oil-based make-up remover or make-up wipes.

This is a long-wear liquid matte that sets once dry, not a glossy or sheer lip colour. It contains fragrance, benzyl benzoate, limonene and linalool, so check the ingredient list if you have allergies or sensitivities.
