Men's One+ Real Food NutrientsRainbow Light Men's One+ Real Food Nutrients, 120 Vegetarian Caplets

A once-daily multivitamin for men

Men's One+ is a multivitamin caplet from Rainbow Light that the label lists as containing vitamins B, C, D3, E and K, high-potency minerals, a B complex and a men's botanical blend. It also includes digestive enzymes, probiotics and plant-source enzymes alongside choline, magnesium and thiamin.

Food-based and vegetarian

The manufacturer describes the formula as Real Food Nutrients, vegetarian and Certified RAW and Certified C.L.E.A.N. The label says it can be taken on an empty stomach, and the caplet contains no wheat, milk, peanuts, eggs, fish or shellfish.

Pack and serving size

The pack holds 120 vegetarian caplets, and the label serving is one caplet a day, so one bottle covers 120 days.
