Coated tablets with a flexible serving
Each Rainbow Light tablet has an organic plant-based coating, and the label allows a serving of one to three tablets a day, taken with or between meals. At one tablet a day the bottle of 90 lasts three months; at three a day it lasts a month. Calcium and magnesium are among the co-nutrients included.
Food-based ingredients in the mix
Organic barley grass sits alongside the organic spirulina and bee pollen, and Rainbow Light describes these as real food nutrients. The formula is labelled non-GMO and gluten free.
Free from common allergens
The label states the tablets contain no wheat, gluten, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, eggs, fish or shellfish, and no artificial flavours or sweeteners. The other ingredients are plant-origin cellulose, cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, silica and vegetable magnesium stearate.
How to use
Adults: take 1 to 3 tablets daily, with or between meals.
