The gel comes in a pen that you click to release the formula, with a silicone brush tip so you can apply it without touching the spot with your fingers. That keeps application tidy and makes it easy to carry in a bag for touch-ups during the day.

Centella, tea tree and succinic acid

The formula combines succinic acid with tea tree extract and centella asiatica (cica). Rael aims the gel at spots both under the surface and on it, with the tea tree and cica there to soothe and reduce the look of redness.

Clear and quick to dry

The gel goes on clear and dries fast, so you can wear it under make-up and reapply through the day. The manufacturer says it is free of harsh chemicals and fragrance. The pen holds 4 ml and is made in South Korea.

How to use

Click the pen to release the gel; the first use can take many clicks, up to about 50. Apply directly to the spot and let it dry completely. Rael suggests following with its Miracle Clear Barrier Cream.
