Shape and store patties in one container

The main container doubles as storage, so you can press a batch of patties and keep them together until it is time to cook. Separating disks sit between each patty to stop them sticking to one another while stored.

Even patties with less fuss

The press has a non-stick coating to help patties release cleanly, and a dimpled design that helps them hold their shape on the grill or in the pan. A non-skid base keeps the set steady on the worktop while you press, and it is dishwasher safe for cleaning afterwards.

What comes in the set

The 11 pieces are the main container, two storage lids, a meat scoop, the press and eight separating disks. Assembled, it measures about 5.37 x 5.37 x 5.37 inches and weighs 1.1 pounds, and it makes patties of either 1/4 lb or 1/3 lb.

How to use

Press patties into the main container with the press, placing a separating disk between each one. Keep them in the container until you are ready to cook, then lift them out and cook as normal.

Before you choose

This is a manual press for home use rather than a large catering mould, and it holds up to six patties at a time. Check the manufacturer's advice on cleaning and storage. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
