Formulated by herbalist Michael Tierra L.Ac, O.M.D., this tablet draws on Chinese herbal tradition, combining reishi mushroom fruiting body extract with shiitake, schisandra fruit and eleuthero root extract. Planetary Herbals describes it as a blend of long-standing tonic and adaptogenic herbs.

Twelve botanicals in one blend

The proprietary blend lists 12 ingredients: reishi, shiitake, schisandra, astragalus root, bai-zhu atractylodes rhizome, zhu ling sclerotium, eleuthero, ligustrum fruit, poria sclerotium, polygala root, ginger root and cyperus rhizome. Each serving also contains 10 mg of sodium.

How long a bottle lasts

The bottle holds 100 tablets, or 50 servings of two. At the label's suggested three servings a day, that is six tablets daily, so one bottle lasts a little over two weeks.

Take two tablets three times a day between meals.

Proprietary blend 1.3 g: reishi mushroom fruiting body extract, shiitake mushroom, schisandra fruit, astragalus root, bai-zhu atractylodes rhizome, zhu ling sclerotium, eleuthero root extract, ligustrum fruit, poria sclerotium, polygala root, ginger root, cyperus rhizome.

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, acacia gum, dibasic calcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, silica, and magnesium stearate.
