Designed around how babies suck

Pigeon bases this bottle on its research in Japan into the three natural movements a baby makes while feeding. The SoftTouch Peristaltic PLUS teat is meant to let your baby control the flow, and the manufacturer states that milk stops flowing when your baby pauses to swallow or breathe.

Soft teat for moving between breast and bottle

The silicone teat is soft and flexible to allow natural tongue movement, and its wide, breast-like shape helps when combining breast and bottle feeding. Pigeon also describes an air ventilation system intended to channel air away from your baby's tummy.

Glass that copes with heat

The bottles are borosilicate glass, which resists heat and thermal shock, and they are BPA and BPS free. They can be used for warming and refrigeration, and sterilised in a bottle warmer, microwave, steriliser or boiling water. The wide neck and streamlined body make them easier to hold, fill and clean.

What comes in the pack

Two 160 ml (5.4 oz) bottles, each fitted with an SS teat for babies from 0 months. Pigeon teats run from SS up to 3L as your baby grows.

How to use

Fill the bottle, fit the SoftTouch teat and screw on the collar until secure. Hold your baby comfortably and bring the teat to their mouth for the feed. The glass bottle is easy to pick up and clean.

Choose the teat size that suits your baby, and bear in mind that some babies need a few tries to get used to a new teat. Inspect glass bottles for damage before each use. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
