A buildable, radiant finish

Parnell describes the finish as radiant and buildable, so you can tap on a light layer and add more where you want extra coverage. The manufacturer says the serum-like formula soothes and hydrates the skin while it is worn.

This is 21C Cool Rosy, a cool, rosy-toned shade. The compact holds 15 g (0.52 oz) and comes with a puff for application, and its packaging measures about 7.9 x 7.9 x 3 cm.
