SmoothSip Slider Insulated Travel Mug with HandleOwala SmoothSip Slider Insulated Travel Mug with Handle, 355 ml (12 fl oz), Black Cherry

Insulated for hot or cold drinks

Owala says triple-layer vacuum insulation keeps drinks hot or cold for hours. The wide mouth takes standard ice cubes, and the manufacturer states the mug is free from BPA, lead and phthalates.

A sip-through spout with a lock

You drink through a spout, then slide the lid across to close it between sips; the maker describes the lid as leak-proof when shut, which suits a bag or a busy journey. The handle makes it easy to grab on the way out of the door, and a tapered base is shaped for most car cupholders.

Size and finish

The mug holds 12 oz and has a stainless steel body in the Black Cherry colour. It comes with its lid and handle, model number C08805.

How to use

Wash the cup by hand. The lid comes apart for cleaning and can go in the dishwasher.

Before you choose

Only the lid is listed as dishwasher safe; the cup itself must be hand washed. At 12 oz it is sized for a single coffee or tea rather than a large refill. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
