Platinum Hydro Whey is built on hydrolysed whey protein isolate, with added branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine). The chocolate flavour comes from alkali-processed cocoa, natural and artificial flavour and a creamer, and it is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium.

Mixing and serving size

A serving is about 41 g, or one scoop, stirred, shaken or blended into 10-12 fl oz of cold water, milk or another drink for about 30 seconds. A serving scoop is included, though it may settle to the bottom of the tub in transit.

How to use

Mix about 1 scoop (41 g) into 10-12 fl oz of cold water, milk or another beverage, and stir, shake or blend for 30 seconds until dissolved. Shake gently before each use. For healthy adults, meet your daily protein requirements with a combination of high-protein foods and protein supplements as part of a balanced diet and exercise programme.
