How to use

General hydration: dissolve 2 tablets in 200 ml of water and drink.

Sports and exercise: dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water and drink before, during and after exercise.

Ages 3-6: give 10 ml of the dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.

Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours.
