This capsule uses d-alpha tocopheryl, and each provides 268 mg (400 IU) of vitamin E. The label lists it as vegetarian/vegan, Non-GMO and Kosher, from a family-owned company that has operated since 1968.

What is in the capsule

The shell is hypromellose (cellulose), with magnesium stearate from a vegetable source, silicon dioxide and cellulose powder as other ingredients. The vitamin E is from non-GMO soy, so the product contains soy.

How to use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
