Ultra Omega 3-D Fish Oil NOW Foods Ultra Omega 3-D Fish Oil 90 Fish Softgels

Lemon-flavoured fish oil with vitamin D-3

NOW Foods flavours the oil in Ultra Omega 3-D with lemon oil and adds vitamin D-3 to every softgel. The omega-3 content is 600 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA per softgel, and the brand is a member of GOED, the global omega-3 organisation.

Fish gelatin softgel

The softgel shell is made from fish gelatin (tilapia and basa) with glycerin and water, offering an alternative to bovine and porcine gelatin. The fish oil comes from anchovies and sardines, with d-alpha tocopherol from sunflower added. The manufacturer says the oil is tested for contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals.
