The reduced form of CoQ10

Ubiquinol is the reduced, active form of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), a compound NOW says is found in all cells of the body. This softgel provides 100 mg, made with Kaneka ubiquinol, and NOW states that its CoQ10 products contain only the all-trans form, produced by fermentation.

Softgel and oil base

The ubiquinol is carried in MCT oil from coconut and palm kernel oil, inside a softgel shell of bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water and carob, with beeswax. It is therefore not suitable for vegetarians.

The pack holds 120 softgels, which is 120 days at the suggested one softgel a day.

How to use

Take 1 softgel daily with a fat-containing meal.
