B-100 tablets provide a full complement of B vitamins together with choline and inositol, in a tablet designed to release over an extended period of time. NOW notes that B vitamins are water soluble and, apart from B-12, not stored in the body for long.

One tablet a day

The suggested use is one tablet daily with a meal, so a bottle of 100 is a supply of just over three months. The manufacturer describes the product as non-GMO, vegetarian and vegan, kosher and produced under GMP quality assurance, with a vegetarian coating over a hypromellose and cellulose base.

The product contains biotin, which may interfere with some blood test results. The label says for adults only and advises consulting a doctor if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
