Sunflower lecithin in an olive oil softgel

NOW's sunflower lecithin is a soy-free alternative to the more common soy lecithin. It contains phosphatidyl choline along with phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl ethanolamine and essential fatty acids, carried in organic extra virgin olive oil inside a gelatin softgel.

Pack and capsule notes

The pack holds 200 softgels, around 100 days at the suggested two a day. The softgel shell uses bovine gelatin, so it is not a vegetarian product. The brand describes it as non-GMO, kosher and halal.

How to use

Take 2 softgels daily with food.
