Product details

Double-strength L-glutamine in a capsule

This NOW Sports capsule contains 1,000 mg of L-glutamine, an amino acid, and NOW notes that this is twice the amount of its regular-strength 500 mg product. Glutamine is described by the manufacturer as a conditionally essential amino acid.

Sports-minded labelling and pack size

The product carries the Informed Sport programme mark and is described as steroid free, vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO. At one to three capsules a day, a bottle of 240 gives anywhere from about two and a half months to eight months.

How to use

Take one capsule one to three times daily, preferably between meals.
