Sports Creatine MonohydrateNOW Foods Sports Creatine Monohydrate 750 mg, 240 Veg Capsules

Creatine monohydrate in capsule form

These capsules offer creatine monohydrate at 750 mg each as an alternative to powder, for anyone who prefers not to mix a drink. Creatine is a compound that occurs naturally in the body, mostly in skeletal muscle.

Servings, quality and dietary notes

The label serving is 6 capsules, so a bottle of 240 holds 40 servings. The capsule is hypromellose with stearic acid from a vegetable source, and the brand cites Informed Sport testing, steroid testing and GMP quality assurance. It is made without yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, in a facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

How to use

Take 6 capsules with fruit juice or another sweetened liquid 3 to 4 times daily, before and after exercise, for the first 7 days. For maintenance use, take 6 capsules 1 to 3 times daily, leaving 3 to 4 hours between doses. For continuous use beyond 28 days, use one serving (6 capsules) daily. Drink plenty of fluids with this product.
