Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six; in case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control centre immediately. Contains fish (tuna, anchovies) and soy. The product contains biotin, which may interfere with some blood test results. The label says for adults only and advises consulting a doctor if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Natural colour variation may occur, and the label advises storing it in a cool, dry place after opening. Although formulated for use around pregnancy, check with a doctor before starting.
